This website has three forms: an enquiry form on the Contact page, and application forms for legal professionals and for interns on the Careers page. Apart from these forms, it has no accounts or comments and does not ask you for personal information.
What The Forms Collect
- The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional telephone number and city, and the message you write.
- The application forms collect your name, contact details, education and experience details, and the CV or resume you attach.
- Please do not include Aadhaar, PAN or other identity numbers in your CV or message.
What The Website Stores
- Your browser keeps a single item for the length of your visit, to remember that you accepted the disclaimer. It is cleared when you close the browser.
- The web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date and time, and pages requested, for security and maintenance.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. The Contact page also shows a Google Map, which is loaded from Google when that page opens.
How Your Details Are Used
Details sent through a form are emailed to the firm. They are used only to respond to your enquiry or to consider your application, and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. They are not shared or sold. The same applies if you write to or call the firm directly.
The application forms are meant for adults aged 18 or over. Please do not send confidential or privileged information until an advocate-client relationship has been established.
Correcting Or Removing Your Details
You may ask the firm to correct or erase the details you have given, by writing to the firm at the address or email shown on the Contact page.
